Shipping policy

We aim to ship same day or next day. But our terms are 2-5 business days from when the order has been received. We will communicate with you if there are any delays. We do not accept fault for any delays due to Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number if you have paid for Registered or Express post. Standard post without tracking will not be tracked and we do not accept fault for delays or items not delivered due to Australia Post. Only tracked items can be investigated.
